SS316 Grommet Screen with Folded Edges for Rotex Separators

Durable Grommet Screen with Folded Edges & Oval Grommets for Harsh Environments

HUATAO's grommet screens provide reliable replacement screens for Rotex® separators in mineral screening applications. These wire screens feature secure eyelet attachments for easy installation on existing frames. The mesh is reinforced with either PU strips or 180-degree folded edges with stainless steel grommets (round or oblong) for enhanced durability.

Our rectangular mesh design offers up to 30% larger open screening area compared to traditional meshes, increasing throughput capacity without compromising screen lifespan. Suitable for both coarse ores and fine minerals, these screens are available for all common cut sizes in mining operations.

Compatible with various mineral processing machines, our screens can include stainless steel hooks for Megatex® screeners when required. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel grommets, they withstand harsh mining environments while maintaining performance.
