These wire screens are designed to secure firmly to your existing frame using eyelets, a feature that simplifies installation and ensures a snug fit. Our manufacturing process involves reinforcing the wire mesh edges—either with robust PU strips or by folding the mesh 180 degrees—before adding round or oblong stainless steel grommets, giving them the name “grommet screens.”

The specifications of the wire mesh play a critical role in both your product quality and the efficiency of your screening machine. One standout option is our rectangular mesh design: it offers an open screening area that’s up to 30% larger than standard meshes. This boost in open area directly translates to higher machine capacity, allowing you to process more material without compromising on the screen’s service life. Whether you’re handling coarse or fine mineral separations, our rectangular meshes are available for all common cut sizes, making them versatile for diverse mining needs.
