These wire screens are designed to secure to your existing frame using eyelets, simplifying installation and ensuring a secure fit. Our production process involves strengthening the mesh edges: we either add robust PU strips or fold the mesh 180 degrees, then attach round or oblong stainless steel grommets—earning them the name “grommet screens.”

The wire mesh’s specifications play a crucial role in both output quality and machine performance. Our rectangular mesh design stands out: it offers an open screening area up to 30% larger than standard meshes. This increased open space allows for higher throughput, boosting your machine’s capacity without reducing the screen’s service life.
