These wire screens are engineered to fit your existing frame perfectly, secured by eyelets that make installation quick and secure. Our production process involves strengthening the mesh edges: we either add heavy-duty PU strips or fold the mesh 180 degrees, then attach round or oblong stainless steel grommets—giving these screens their “grommet” name.

The wire mesh specifications are vital for maintaining product quality and maximizing your screening machine’s performance. Our rectangular mesh design is particularly effective: it offers an open screening area that’s up to 30% larger than standard options. This increased open space allows your machine to process more material at once, enhancing capacity without reducing the screen’s service life.
