Our manufacturing process includes edge reinforcement: we either bond tough PU strips to the wire mesh edges or fold the mesh 180 degrees, then fit them with round or oblong stainless steel grommets—earning them the “grommet screens” label.


The wire mesh’s design significantly affects both your output quality and machine efficiency. Our rectangular mesh variant is a standout: it provides an open screening area up to 30% larger than traditional meshes.
